Often we are quite flexible. Depending on length of stay, unit type, or current apartment availability, we may ask you to start your lease or end your lease just a bit later ask if you are ok with a certain unit type in a building rather than a specific unit, or put you on a waitlist . Due to local city short-term rental licensing regulations in Madison, we are only licensed for stays of 30 days or more at several of our properties. Because of this, we’re unable to fill shorter gaps between stays. For these reasons, we try to find an option that offers you the most flexibility while allowing us to line up leases. We are quite flexible on lease end dates, and even offer month-to-month options.

Beyond the monthly rent, the additional fees would only apply if needed: Medallion Parking Options: Underground heated parking: $200/month or outdoor dedicated parking across the street: $150/month . Parking fees are waived from December through April. 723 Jenifer St Parking Options: Off-street, uncovered parking: $150/month or city of Madison street parking permit: $45/year Pet fee (if applicable): $200 one-time pet deposit per pet.

Most locations allow one well-behaved dog per unit studio/1 bedroom and two well-behaved dogs per 2 bedroom/2 bedroom.

Yes, our rates do change seasonally. They tend to be highest in the summer and lowest in the winter due to increased seasonal demand.

Yes! We offer discounts for stays of 3 months. Please email us your desired move-in and move-out dates, and our team would be happy to provide more information and available options for your stay.

Yes! If your current unit is available, we would be happy to discuss extending your stay or renewing your lease. Depending on the timing and season, there may be a rate adjustment for the extension. If your current unit is not available, we can also help you explore another available unit that fits your preferred dates and create a new lease if options are available. We also offer month-to-month leases too.

If you need to end your lease early, we require 30 days’ notice to vacate. You will remain responsible for rent through the 30-day notice period after your notice is provided. However, we will make every effort to re-rent the unit. If we are able to secure a new lease for any portion of your remaining term, we will provide a partial refund for the days that are successfully rebooked.

We have fifty total units, which means we often can fulfill needs for specific dates or multiple units. This is especially true November through April.

Yes! All of our apartments are fully furnished and include essential items to make your stay comfortable, including linens and kitchen essentials.

Yes! Utilities and Wi-Fi are included with your stay, making it easy to settle in without having to set up additional services.

Yes! Dedicated parking options are available depending on the property. Parking rates and options vary by location: The Medallion: Underground dedicated parking is available for $200/month or outdoor dedicated parking for $150/month. The Wilson: Covered ramp parking is available at the neighboring ramp for $200/month. 729 Jenifer #2: Includes an uncovered parking space in front of the home. 723 Jenifer Street: Parking is available at the nearby Elks Club lot for $125/month (about a one-minute walk away), or you can apply for a residential street parking pass through the City of Madison for $45/year. Worthington: The property has a long driveway with space for multiple vehicles. Please let us know your parking needs, and we’d be happy to help find the best option for your stay.

Yes! We welcome pets at select properties. A one-time, non-refundable $200 pet deposit is required per pet. Pet limits vary by unit/type: Wilson Studio: Up to 1 pet Wilson 2BR: Up to 2 pet Lakehouse: Up to 3 pets Medallion 1BR: Up to 1 Medallion 2BR: Up to 2 pets Worthington 3BR: Up to 3 pets

The Wilson is located in the heart of downtown Madison, within walking distance of many of the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, Lake Monona, and the Wisconsin State Capitol.

The Wilson offers thoughtfully designed studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites. No two rooms are exactly alike, but each includes a kitchen or kitchenette, comfortable furnishings, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

All but one unit includes a full kitchen. The Benjamin or Unit B has a partial kitchen.

Yes we have free onsite shared washer and dryer located at the basement.

No. The Wilson is a three story building with no elevator.

No, we do not have onsite parking. We recommend the Wilson Street Garage, located at 20 E. Wilson St., Madison, WI 53703. It’s a secure, covered parking garage just a 3–4 minute walk from the property. Overnight parking is allowed with payment, and rates typically range from $8–$22 per day, with higher rates on weekdays. For your convenience, there is a loading and unloading zone next to the building marked “Reserved for The Wilson Loading/Unloading” where you can briefly stop to drop off or pick up your belongings before parking your vehicle.

Yes, pets are allowed! We welcome one well-behaved pet per stay with a $50 cleaning fee.

The unit is cooled with window AC units. Heating is provided through the building’s central radiator system, which turns on automatically based on the building thermostat. Instructions for the radiator heat are available in your unit.
