Toilet and Plumbing
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
Flushable wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, Q Tips and anything other than toilet paper will eventually cause a blockage and a plumber will have to be called to your unit. Please dispose of those items in the trash can next to the toilet.
Also please refrain from using any harsh chemicals such as a liquid plumber or drainO, that will damage the plumbing pipes.
Do not allow any cooking oil or grease to go down the kitchen sink, please dispose of in your garbage canister.
Filing an Online Maintenance Request
Submit all maintenance requests through your resident portal. Be sure to detail the issue, provide photos if possible, and describe any trouble-shooting steps you have already taken.
Where to Donate Items
Pass on gently used or unwanted items to other guests. At The Medallion our donation spot is located in our Community Closet on the second floor near the elevator. At The Wilson we have a location in the basement across from the washer and dryer. If there are any questions regarding items please reach out.

Where is the Printer Station?
We have a shared printer at The Medallion in our Community Closet on the second floor by the elevator. **Coming soon to The Wilson.
Where Do I Take My Garbage and Recycling?
We have a garbage room at The Medallion. It is located on the lower level Parking Garage (Level P) the door to the room is by the overhead garage door. Garbage is on the right and recycling is on the left.
At The Wilson the garbage and recycling bins are located in the alley at the back of the building. The recycling is on the left and garbage is on the right.
For our other properties there is weekly trash pick up by the city of Madison and bi weekly pick up for recycling. There are brown bins for garbage and green bins for recycling on site. Place your bin out the night before for pick up on Tuesday mornings (this excludes Jenifer St Studios).
How Do I File an Online Maintenance Request?
Submit all maintenance requests through your resident portal. Be sure to detail the issue, provide photos if possible, and describe any trouble-shooting steps you have already taken.
Navigate to the Maintenance tab, and select Request Maintenance.
Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention (must select multiple photos at once from computer or camera roll), decide whether or not to give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
On the next screen, select when a maintenance tech can address your maintenance issue. If you choose to provide preferred times, select 3 or more time slots, then click Submit.
You can view the high-level status of your maintenance request on the Maintenance tab. The status will range from received, to technician contacted, to technician scheduled, to completed. Select Check Status for a detailed view of all communication sent to you and a status timeline of your request.
Where Can My Guests Park?
The Wilson: Wilson Ramp and Parking Garage for a small fee. Located at 20 East Wilson Street Madison, WI
The Medallion: Tenney Plaza and Parking Ramp for a small fee. Located at 142 East Main Street Madison, WI or MG&E overflow parking located at 623 Railroad Street Madison, WI is free on the weekends and evenings.
Can I Smoke?
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. It is allowed outdoors in a responsible manner, with consideration for open windows and other areas to avoid disruption to sensitive individuals.
When Are Quiet Hours?
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. While having a few friends over for socializing is considered normal and permitted, overcrowding the apartment with a large number of people or engaging in activities that disturb other residents or risk damaging property, as determined by the management, is strictly prohibited.
How Does Check Out Work?
For check out, kindly restore the space to its original condition as closely as possible to when you first moved in. Ensure all personal belongings and food items are removed from the unit. No need to launder towels or linens. Please notify us of any necessary repairs or replacements. Upon departure, close or lock the door securely and leave any parking passes on the kitchen counter (if applicable). Please consider opting for our concierge service at $60/hour for a thorough cleaning. Feel free to reach out if you're interested in this service.
How Does My Security Deposit Get Returned to Me?
For the security deposit, we will conduct a unit walkthrough after your departure unless you expressly request an in-person walkthrough with us before leaving. The security deposit payment will be refunded to you through our property management software Appfolio. Keep an eye out for an email from Voyageur, where we'll request your bank information to process the deposit return, this email should be expected within the week of your departure.

Weekly Clean

Bi-Weekly Clean
A bi-weekly scheduled full service clean includes all the same amenities as a weekly clean on an every two weeks basis. -Studio $100, 1BR $150, 2BR $200, 3BR $250
Deep Clean
A deep clean is a top to bottom clean that includes all the amenities of a full service clean as well as additional work on interiors of cabinets, drawers, appliances and surfaces that include: baseboards, windows, vents, window blinds, and light fixtures. -$50/hr
Trash Pick Up
Weekly pick up and proper disposal of trash and recycle bags right outside your apartment door. -$40/week
Furniture by Request
Customize your space with adding a desk with chair or swapping out a queen bed for a twin. - $100/one time fee
Extra Linens
Enjoy an extra set of fresh linens during your stay. Fresh linens include an extra fitted and flat sheet for beds, 4 pillow cases, a new duvet, and 2 large bath, hand, and face towels. All units include one set of linens. - $50
Nanny
Former Montessori teacher is available to nanny for date nights, workdays or more. -$30/hour
Help with Moving/In and Out or Unpacking
